Which mount point are you trying to access your files in the volume from?
If you are attempting to access via /mnt/master (mountpoint), then
those logs would be helpful. Are you able to see mnt-master.log.<timestamp>?
eg., Something like this, d-"backends-patchy3.log.1366954115"
